Campsites to enjoy your holidays ! 

These conditions govern the sales by Palmiers OCEAN of rental stays in France.

The booking is definitive on receipt of the downpayment amounted to for an accommodation of 150 € per week + 25 € for secretariat fees. The balance has to be paid six weeks before your arrival.

The welcome package amounts to 30 €. You will receive it at your arrival in our campsite Le Curtys. It is available from 26/06 to 28/08/10. The Euro Palmy’s you will not spend will be able to be changed in euros in the campsite reception. Immediat repayment in case of earlier departure.

If you make your booking less than six weeks before your arrival, you have to pay in one single payment the amount of your stay.

In the event the balance of your stay has not been paid within the above-mentioned time limits, the renting is considered cancelled.

Beyond 24 hours without any news of your arrival, the campsite will take over your rented accommodation.

For the accommodations, a guarantee of 200 € has to be put at your arrival for the possible damage and another one of 70 € in case of lack of cleaning. If everything is all right in your accommodation, the campsite give you back your two guarantees when you leave.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation, your stay will be repaid according to the following conditions only if you subscribed to this cancellation fee: 15 € for pitch - 20 € for mobile home, chalet - 5 € per week-end.

We recommend you to subscribe it and in any case, you have to pay it fully at the time of the booking:
More than 30 days before the beginning of the stay : 100 % of the payment repaid *
More than 15 days before the beginning of the stay : 50 % of the payment repaid *
Less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay : 25 % of the payment repaid *
* The campsite does not repay the fees of secretariat and cancellation insurance

Be careful : no repayment will be done if the balance of your stay has not been paid within the above mentioned time limits (that is to say 6 weeks before your arrival).
In case of delayed arrival and anticipated departure, there is no possible repayment.
